Hint to those new to sharing strava data, especially with people you don't truly know who have access (like an anonymous message board). Put a bubble around your house where it doesn't show any routing in that area. If you are like me and habitually start your run from your front door, you are giving away your address.
Also, to some previous posts, if your garmin watch has wifi, you don't even need the phone to upload. Does it automatically when I walk in my house.

So today is supposed to be a cross training day on my marathon plan.
What do y'all do for cross training days?
I'm not a good enough swimmer to swim for exercise. I don't own a bike.
I'm thinking about taking my dog for an extra long hike this morning. Making sure I hit the biggest hills around. Does that count?

I thought about that when I posted the screenshot w map, but I'm about the lone idiot who never changed his username to something less obvious, so I figure the cat is out of the bag after about 15 years on here. (I signed up around the time of the 2003 SECCG not thinking this would ever be anything.)
Good point though. Probably still a good practice regardless.
