Lol yea dude, humidity was brutal this morning. Hills for me today.

4 miles on the treadmill last night. I hate it, but I can do my zone 2 miles easier that way. With the heat and hills, it's really hard to stay in that zone. Treadmill set with no incline, 5 mph, and air conditioning I can maintain zone 2 forever.
But I hate it.
