Yes bad choice of word.. replace waste with Horror or bless your heart.
Just thought people would take advantage of what's available to help reach their goals when running on the sun's surface isn't productive day to day.

I don't enjoy running enough to do treadmill, if I'm in a spot where I can stop any time, I'm tempted to. Same with laps of any kind. So I run some distance away so that I have to run back. I love being done with a run, not during. I wish I was better at it like many of you.
