Yeah the first time you see a 20 mile run is Daniels' 56-70MPW marathon plan. If you're set on getting a 20 or 22 mile run in, I don't think it'd be crazy to peak with that and shift the mileage around to make it work. I can send you a PDF of the book if you want to drop your email.
ETA: even if you end up not using one of his plans, he has sections on adding cross training and lifting that might be interesting to you

Ran a 50k stupidly today. I somehow finished, lots of DNFs. Thirty seconds after crossing the finish, I promptly vomited all over the grass.
I never felt that bad after a race.
Luckily, the pretty woman I was running with at the end didn’t see it.

Thanks for the help, everyone.
I've got to back off the squats. My knees are aching since I added them in. I haven't been squatting some ridiculous amount (just my bodyweight), but I have pain I didn't have previously.
