I predicted two week ago on this very board, even referenced FDR's stunt, that this would be the libtards' next move.
It will happen, they will try, and that's why most of us agreed that Trump and the GOP shoukd anticipate this in advance and block any avenue they might have towards doing this ... because they WILL give it a try.

That would be a catastrophically stupid move on their part. Republicans will just stack it again.
Then the damn court will just represent who is president, undermining their own power in a checks and balances system.
