This should be the way of the future, and any company not doing it should be left behind. The model of the weekly tv show has been antiquated by binging.

Am I the only one who hates this?

I love how we still have to wait a week between episodes of GoT and what not.

The first show I vividly remember releasing as whole seasons on Netflix that my friends watched as well was House of Cards and you get a group text going and everything gets spoiled because you didn’t spend 12 hours on a weekend in front of the dumbass tv.

You're not alone. There are benefits to both.

There are some series that I would rather watch as they produce the episodes and not have to wait for the entire season to be wrapped. Other series I put on a backburner and wait for the entire season to be on my DVR or for it to get to Netflix.

You could always just wait a week between episodes. When it asks if you want to watch the next one, you can say no. Don't punish the rest of us because you have no self-control and douche bag friends that spoil things.

Agreed. I also think that a bit of patience/having to wait for things is good for society as a whole though(obviously television pretty minor in grand scheme of things). Too much immediate gratification cheapens experiences.
