I didn't mean for it to come off like I was singling you out for that narrative. I was just saying, it's been oft repeated on this board and isn't necessarily so.

You did say most, if not all, his former bosses took the easy way out with Canada, which is false. He left Indiana and Wisconsin due to head coaching changes. He left NIU and Pitt for better jobs.

I agree, Les was class in how he handled terminations, but a similar situation hasn't presented itself in Canada's case.
