Adults over the age of 21 will be able to possess up to one ounce of marijuana, two mature marijuana plants and four immature plants. The new law does not set up a system to tax or regulate the production of marijuana. Smoking marijuana is barred in public spaces, and renters need permission from their landlords to use or grow at home.
Vermont is the ninth state, plus the District of Columbia, to legalize recreational marijuana.

Uh... pretty good reason why marijuana shouldn't be legal with top notch insight like this, but hey to each their own.
Do the plants only flower once? I am not aware of people smoking the plants, so yet again... I don't understand

I'm not a grower so I'm not for sure, but since only female plants bud, maybe it's so you have a better chance at two female plants.

Really do not care about legalization or not but I am curious, does everyone think that Marijuana being legal means employers are going to stop with pre-employment and post-accident drug screens?
