I urgently ask you lose the weight.
In case you were wondering why I was posting these past few days, I was in denial. My seven your old son crying today made me realize what an a-hole I was.
Don't make the idiotic mistake I did. Please.

Glad you’re still with us, brother. I hope you’re around many more years.

I don't know what's scarier the heart attack or 52 with a 7 year old. Hope you overcome both.

Glad you’re still above ground and breathing.

My first thought as well. Little late in the game. Hope things work out for you.

Thoughts and prayers are with you man.
This board really isn’t worth it at the end of the day. If any of it stresses you out, seriously avoid it.
I’ll pray for your family as well

There are some good apps you can get for your phone to track calories. Some are even free.
Stick to 1600-1700 calories a day and you'll lose weight. Not quickly but patience is the key - weigh yourself once a week and take the long view.
Don't drink anything except water, black coffee, and unsweet tea.
Avoid bread unless it's part of a sandwich. Not because it's carbs, but because it's wasted calories. Budget your calories wisely. You can even grab a DQ burger and a mini Blizzard for lunch (just skip the fries and drink water instead of Coke)...that's slightly high in calories but not high enough to wreck your diet.
