Trying to keep this thread alive.

I've been maintaining ~251 pounds pretty well. This last week was particularly bad though, as my whole household got sick. Toddler was puking and running fever, my wife had strep, and then as soon as she started getting better I came down with Strep. So..food was low priority. Ate takeout/delivery a LOT. Did not track. The only silver lining was that because we were all sick, we didn't do any Thanksgiving. Had a bit of leftovers but that's it.

The scale is particularly ugly right now. The combination of antibiotics, NSAIDs, overeating, and eating out means my weight jumped 9 pounds in a matter of days. I know that'll come off in a week or so once I get back to it but I have no doubt I'll be around 253. My goal is to not get above 255.

I hope everyone is feeling better! NSAIDs always make my weight go up, too. Blah.

I’m down a few more lbs. 28-29 total. My weight loss is very punctuated. I maintained for a month, then dropped 4 lbs in a week. No diet changes. I’ll take it.
