good stuff. i know man, it sucks. its a catch 22. i get anxiety when i cant sleep and my heart races, i sweat, and i cant calm down.


my doctor gave me 2.5MG of valium but it gave me a bad migraine because i used it off and on. its one of those you need to use it or not, plus it has a 100 hour half life.

i dont want to rely on it forever, so im looking for something not as strong.
