Social media is the real issue. Everyone sees snipits of people’s best times and wonder why they aren’t living life like _______.

They get depressed and yea.

Yeah, I think Social Media plays a role. And not just because people see other people who pretend to be living the "perfect life", but it is the cause of younger people.. Middle school, high school aged kids. If something happens to them at school, it doesn't leave them. Before social media, after the school day, everyone went home and whatever happened was over.. Until the next day then eventually it would die off.. But today it follows them. And some kids, the pressure just gets to be too much. It's sad really.

I guess I'll just never fully understand suicide. No matter how dark things are, I've never thought of ending my life. It's the easy way out and they leave their loved ones to pick up the pieces and hurt more than that person ever did.
