Here's mine;
Sift 2 cups self rising flour, add 1 cup milk and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Stir in mixing bowl until well blended. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees spray 8 inch skillet with Pam. Spoon biscuits into the skillet and bake for 12 minutes. You may have to leave them in to brown the tops of the biscuits. I hope you enjoy.

My wife uses a Paula Dean recipe for sweet cream biscuits. They are delicious.
2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for dusting
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
Roll out and cut biscuits out. Place on sheet and bake at 500 for 10 minutes.

Whisk together:
250 grams flour - 2 cups
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Cut in 6 tablespoons butter unsalted butter (I pulse with food processor)
Combine with 230 grams buttermilk (1 cup) until just mixed. Don't overwork.
Pat out and fold several times. Pat out to about 1/2 inch thick, cut biscuits, and place on baking sheet so biscuits are touching. Bake at 450 degrees for about 14 minutes or until golden brown. Take a stick of slated butter and rub on tops immediately upon removing from oven.
