No doubt, but he didn't say he was going to raise taxes a Billion plus either.

He did say he was going to cut back on the nursing homes, right? He also promised the Medicaid Expansion at no cost. What else did he promise besides being honest and moral?

The guy came out the legislature, he knows the ropes, he knew the big picture, and he wanted the job.

After two plus years as governor, he has no real plan only tax increases. La. is climbing the ladder as far as taxes go and really there is little to show for it.

don't know. if he did, that's something that could legitimately be hung around his neck, just like the medicaid expansion will when we have to start paying for a bigger portion of it
