I have a solution.
Offer a one time $1500 and a free vasectomy for anyone willing to go they the procedure for the quick cash. Most who would be desperate enough for that cash, probably shouldn’t be having children...
I’d rather my tax dollars go towards that rather than murdering babies

We got rid of the screw worm fly in this country by releasing sterile males into their populations
