Unfortunately yes. Tractors don't have any other way around. People shouldn't drive slow and hold everyone up, but they're in the appropriate vehicle at least.
Bikes are neither. It's not necessary and it's a hindrance to others. Neither of the other 2 fit that description.

No Baw, there's not. It's just that there are less of them. They don't ride erratically, darting in and out, making you hit them and scratching the paint on your car.
