TCM showed JJ, and Man in the Wilderness back-to-back a couple of nights ago. I fell asleep before MITW ended. There was a third "Wilderness" movie either before, or after these two.

I watch JJ at least once a year. Hadn't seen MITW in probably 10 years. It's not even Richard Harris' most bad arse Wilderness/Western from the early 70's. A Man Called Horse, came out a year earlier. It's better to me.

I check TCM's schedule nearly every day. Much of this month has sucked because they've got musicals on a couple of days a week. They've been showing a bunch of Tarzan movies every Saturday too. Not Greystoke, or the one with Bo Derek, we're talking the Buster Crabbe, and Johnny Weissmuller, ones from the 30'a and 40's. Seen one, you've seen them all.

Check TCM at least twice a week for upcoming flicks. Usually Tuesdays and Saturdays seem to be their best nights, but sometimes they'll play something incrdible at like 3 am, usually a Clockwork Orange or something graphic. It's my favorite channel by far

Wasn't there a Charles Bronson movie where he was an unknown 1800s dude who supposedly killed a guy but really didn't and he was on the run the whole time in the wildeness and outlasted the search party because he was a badass?
