Les Miles is now 64 years old. Other than LSU in regards to hiring coordinators and position coaches, are there really a ton of programs out there looking to hire guys on social security? Regardless of whether or not you think Miles is a good coach, are people really pretending his age is not a factor there?

Obviously. He went from ZERO head coaching opportunities to being given the keys to a Top 10 program. It's like he got the job via a scratch-off lottery ticket.
