BTW the timing of this coinciding with the IG Report does not go unnoticed here because it screams politically motivated charges.

But in reality, Underwood wrote, the three Trump children exercised no such oversight. The board had not actually met since 1999.

I'm sure the AG was thinking about the OG report coming out 2 years ago when the investigation into the Trump Foundation began.
