Louisiana reciprocates with the 35 states that use Praxis tests. Texas has it's own test. If a teacher goes from LA to TX, they have to pass the Texas Test.
In Louisiana, teachers can now teach or be a Principal for 3 years with an out of state license giving them time to take and pass the appropriate tests.
