You're pointing at career globalist agencies which are stonewalling everything. Trump is one man. He doesn't have a large following of midlevel managers who are bought in. He has a few top aides and that's it. The man can't do everything himself, he just can't.
He can't fire sessions because of the fricking retarded Russia hysteria right now. I mean, he could, but the senate would cloture and you'd have Rosenstein as the AG until he found someone else (which could be months and months), who would likely be JUST AS CUCKED.
Anyone he hires in DC has a 99% chance of either hating his guts and everything he stands for, or being lukewarm to his ideas. The city didn't suddenly turn around and now is doing everything he says. You have whole agencies who have to be turned over completely and new people brought in, and the new people are most likely just as liberal and globalist as the old. The whole DOJ is corrupt top to bottom and is just as opaque as it was 4 years ago.
But you know what agencies have been successes? The EPA, DoEd, HUD, Treasury, and a few others.
This is what happens when you elect a true outsider.
You want the man to do everything, but he's doing something, which is a hell of a lot more than the previous 4 presidents combined. But please, continue to make dumb ultimatums that you'll crawfish away from as soon as the real election season happens and you start looking at the socialist legions lined up to squash your freedoms.

I agree with you all this shte delay is now on trump for sitting back and doing nothing. However, there is another option 
Jeff sessions is the Q player secret viper sitting back waiting to strike. So either trump a a dumb fool or forest gump is packing some heat, time will tell. logically the options to believe both are

Let me know when you guys have a good argument for allowing a complete lack of transparency to continue.
Looks to me like a bunch of you are low-t cucks, unwilling to take a stand. We voted for Trump to get results, to be an arse kicker, to make shite happen. I'm glad for the things Trump has been doing, but without transparency we won't be able to purge our govt of the bad actors and if we don't do that, nothing Trump accomplishes will survive. If he's not able to see this, or if he's not willing to make it happen, then we should start looking for someone that will get it done. I'm drawing a line on something that Trump has full control of, which is not unreasonable.
I realize Trump's hands are tied a bit, with regard to firing Sessions. But his hands are not tied when it comes to enforcing the proper behavior among departments and agencies in the executive branch.
