That's a fair point, but IMO goes against the spirit of the thread. Of course teams look around the landscape of football for ways to improve their team. But, OP is suggesting that the season will be "perfect" because Bama is less of a team and not because LSU has improved. One game doesn't make the season no matter who the opponent is.

Perfect season to pass, a-hole, not ‘a perfect season’ per say. Simply saying the perfect time, perfect season to be passing the ball when one of LSU’s greatest hurdles is Alabama, a team with a zero secondary and zero assistant coaching experience in the SEC.
