Your examples aren’t using actual flags to do what they’re doing.

No actually the flag isnt to placed on any merchandise. Beer cans and and coustumes included.

We're not supposed to profit off the flag, either. It doesn't belong anywhere but on a pole (like some peoples' mamas)
