It fits if perfectly (almost too big for it). 3/0 works well also, but speed craws have a pretty thick body so I like the little extra umph a 4/0 gives it on the hook set. but i buy 4/0 hooks only just because I dont feel like changing out different sizes

I'm with you there. I keep 2 Tx rig rods for that purpose. One with 3/0 and one with 4/0
