That is what makes it dirty to me. Sliding into the back of someones leg who isnt looking has a high probability of injury

You cant simply claim innocence at that point due to intent


For example, lets say you blindside late hit a QB


Would people say it isnt dirty because "he wasnt trying to injure him, he was just doing it so the QB would remember the hit and be shaky in they pocket"
