I thought it was perfect.

Why change. Do like the Bluff build a giant clubhouse then go out of business? They had enough trouble without the cost of a big clubhouse.

Only thing I would change is fairway width. I think it would look nicer. Some hole had tons of room and narrow fairways. It would open up fun angles to the greens.

And build a better 17th green. The hole has so much potential.

I do agree $95 on weekends may be a little steep. But I wouldn’t pay more just because they build a nice clubhouse.
