I’m aware but that case has Grimace as the plaintiff. Because the purple monster isn’t part of the suit, a judge (like Clark) may not recuse thenselves.

Either way this whole group is a joke and all should be behind bars. They also just keep doing idiot things like this lawsuit to keep what happened fresh in everyone’s mind. Had they just shut the eff up in the first place, they could of been back to ripping off old people in no time.
