I don’t know if this is true, but if it is, you have to have a really BAD head coach to lose to multiple teams with worse rosters.

It’s not. He completly made that up. We lost to Troy, Ms State, and ND, than all of whom we had a better roster. This is typical in college football.
Bama has a better roster than every team they play, and they average less than 90% wins.
