Make it part of your daily routine. After a few weeks and upin seeing early reaults, you'll start to look forward to it.

This is not the case for everyone.

I have always loved playing sports of any kind, but I could exercise every day for a year and never look forward to it.

I do it because it is necessary. I look forward to the results but not the gym/running/swimming/cycling itself.
