Every single time. I lucked out once when I was flying home from London, but the girl's (she had just graduated high school, and I was 22) dad plopped down next to her in aisle. Still much better than fat.

The only other time an OT-6+ sat next to me was on a pretty empty flight and there was a fill row behind us so I got up and moved. Rows before hoes.
