I don't believe that guy.
He didn't seem to be denying the original claim. Just acting all smug.
Plus in the very beginning of the video it sounds like he may be upset about hitting his girl, not dog.
I just don't think these people would be that upset with him over nothing. Even the woman is trying to block them and wanting to wait for the police.
