Whether he is right or not isn't really relevant here.

Decatur, as he does in an effort to undercut truth, asked a question to which he already knew the answer. I guess his hope was others here would not. He attempted to insinuate Sara Carter and others would have already outed the spy if they had his name.

The thing stopping release currently is the fact of Rosenstein's claim of risk. Not the facts (or lack thereof) behind the claim.

I'd be stunned if Decatur did not already know that prior to posing the question.

Has Sarah Carter actually stated that the sensivity of the person’s identity is the reason why she has not named the person? I don’t know the answer. I don’t keep up with her media appearances.
