What? Why does oregon state with zero advtnages wipe their arse with pitchers throwing 90+, while LSU has to use its star reliever as a weekend guy?

I hate these types of threads. All things considered, Dunn has done a good job this season. There are some many scenarios, all of which are out of Dunn’s control, that lead to Hess not being a starter, much less our Friday guy.

I'm not a grammar nazi. Are you saying Oregon State has no advantages at all? They are a great program. Idk if you know that. I'm on your side about Dunn, though. Im sure he's not the absolute worst, but I don't think he lives up to the hype.

I’m talking about when pahl goes and bitches about private schools having academic scholarship advantages. Oregon State doesn’t have TOPS nor the money to give themselves any leg up on LSU, but their staffs are routinely deeper than ours. Just curious

Alex Lange aside we have not recruited well at pitcher of late. Oh we sign some guys but they go pro. We knew Walker was out and that Storz was coming off an injury and we signed Hilliard who honestly was a local guy not expected to do as well as he has but who else? Man you look at Fla's rotation and wonder why can't we recruit to that level.
