they don't get that you can get plastic done, and it just be a small modification.
i'd get and probably will get implants when mine aren't sitting where i want them to.
if i didn't feel a weird sense of loyalty to my parents, i'd get a nose job.
but a little bit of lip plump and a perky C/D when i'm 45 doesn't sound drastic!

With a bad boob job, a good bra can hide/improve it. With a bad lip job, everyone's looking at you like you're Sloth from The Goonies. Why take the chance on the lips?
