We don't have any tv service but do have 3 computers and 2 laptops and 4 tablets along with 4 phones.
I bumped the cap easily the first few months after I got the kids their computers. Youtube defaulting to highest setting was killing me. Now, they're defaulted to 480 because honestly they don't know the difference. I also switched off autoplay on all our accounts. The caps are crap because they're only in areas where they don't have fiber competition. Hopefully fiber will move more rapidly.

Is disgusting we have 4k streaming now and you have to go in and set it to standard def and turn off autoplay
