re: What’s the smallest square footage you could live in comfortably?

I could easily comfortably live in a smallish 2br in my current relationship (couple w/a kid 50% of the time). Our house is a normal 3 br in the 1900sf range, and there is a bunch of wasted space. The living room is too big (and almost never used).
