I sat in traffic at this very spot yesterday. Waze estimated it would take 30 minutes to reach Port Allen. I was expecting a wreck...a stalled vehicle...something in the road. NO! NOTHING. Nothing caused the traffic. WHAT THE HELL!?!?

It really is mind blowing why traffic is so bad in that particular stretch. Most likely cause is people not knowing how to merge
