The tv is going up above the fireplace... I’d assume about 6’ish up the wall. At no time will sunlight hit the tv directly. Sun doesn’t get in here until 1 or so due to trees then goes away about 5:30-6ish as far as sunlight is concerned. I’m most concerned about sports (football, baseball and soccer) and movies. I’m going to upgrade my Apple TV box to the 4K unit as well.

Best thing you could do is go talk to the guys at Best Buy (Magnolia depart).
By your description of the setup it doesn't sound like sunlight would be a problem. Although now that im thinking about ours, close interior lights could potentially cause a glare. We don't really use the overhead lights anymore and just turn on a couple of lamps and it doesn't glare but I'm sure if your interiors are concaved into the ceiling it shouldn't be a problem. Depends on what's playing on screen as well you should never have a problem with sports.
