Unless sunlight is hitting the Oled screen directly from the front then it should be fine. If it's that big of a concern then the Sony is great to. These really are some of the best bang for the buck Tv's, I wouldn't consider a Samsung ever again. The Oled just has some very deep rich blacks, movies really pop and still moderately bright at the same time. Id go LG B7(it's the exact same tv as C7)

The tv is going up above the fireplace... I’d assume about 6’ish up the wall. At no time will sunlight hit the tv directly. Sun doesn’t get in here until 1 or so due to trees then goes away about 5:30-6ish as far as sunlight is concerned. I’m most concerned about sports (football, baseball and soccer) and movies. I’m going to upgrade my Apple TV box to the 4K unit as well.
