I tried it at the Crawfish and Noodles in Houston that was featured in Ugly Delicious. I thought it was great but a more subtle difference than expected, and I liked it better than the only restaurant boiled crawfish I’ve had this season. The really surprising thing was when I went to check out and found out that the market price turned out to be $11/lb.

If you live in houston, boil house is the best restaurant crawfish I've ever had outside of Louisiana. It's damn good.
