High rack pulls: 5x5 (185, 235, 295, 345, 345)

EZ bar curl: 4x10 (65), 1x25 (35)

Concentration curls: 4x10 (20)

Rear felt flyes: 4x20 (10s)

Rower: 3 rounds of a 20 sec sprint + 2 minute rest
