BP 215 6x2
Squat 255 5x5 280x3
Close Grip BP 160 3x6
Pause Squats 165 4x8
Incline BP 170 3x4

Been lifting, but haven't been posting. Work has been chaos in the post-quarantine world.

Yesterday:

Squat: 200x5; 232.5x5; 262.5x5
RDL: 205 5x5
Walking lunges: 80 3x10
