Bench 240 2x5, AMRAPx1
Barbell Rows 185 2x12

Reverse Hypers 3x10
10 BW squats, 10 kb swings, 10 pushups - AMRAP 10 mins

I was flat out fatigued today. As soon as I’m done with work, I’m getting some damn sleep.
