Anyways

Deadlift: 315 5x3
OHP: 100 3x10
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 45 3x10
Landmine Rows: 100 3x10
Lat Pulldowns: 130 3x10
Facepulls: 70 3x10

Weight is up to 178. Most I've ever been in my life. 180 is so close.
