I'm still waiting for you to answer the pension question. Can you lay out how that works against you or for you vs Private sectors?

What would you like to know? That my last 3 years salaries will account for most of my pension? Which is why many quality teachers leave their Parish for a higher paying Parish at the end of their tenure?

What about Social Security where I get none, so if I die my spouse gets absolutely nothing wherein every other profession their spouse would still receive benefits.

He's already "agreed to disagree" about the total compensation being fair.

He's clueless as to the total cost to employ a teacher.
