collins went undrafted and he was a first round grade.
perhaps character concerns.. but i don't believe he is anything to be worried about.. the dude has not even been in trouble. not on the field and not off the field.

The only character issues teams care about is if you are lazy or a murderer.
Lawrence Phillips dragged his GF down a flight of stairs by her hair tearing her scalp.
