Boogie makes this team more talented. Boogie has been great for locker room. Boogie makes AD happy. Boogie is a big body to be stout under rim. Boogie allows Niko great minutes as a 6th man role. Boogie is a great passer with our shooters spread everywhere. Boogie can score from anywhere on court.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think there's almost no way we can retain Niko after next year if we resign boogie. So the benefit boogie provides to Niko would only last for about half a year. So that at least should be thrown out of consideration.

What's the point of another team doing a sign and trade if Boogie signs for less than the max? Anyone can offer him 4/$90M, right? But a sign and trade only makes sense to Boogie if signing a max here and getting paid more than he possibly could anywhere else. Or what am I missing?

it would be a year, we wouldn't trade him making a run. idk all the nba dumb cap shite but there's a will there could be a way.
