I am of the camp that the Pels keep him and sign him to a 2+1 deal. I think they are better with him. Keep Niko and are now able to give multiple looks within a game. Makes for a dangerous team and practically unguardable.

Boogie makes this team more talented.
Boogie has been great for locker room.
Boogie makes AD happy.
Boogie is a big body to be stout under rim.
Boogie allows Niko great minutes as a 6th man role.
Boogie is a great passer with our shooters spread everywhere.
Boogie can score from anywhere on court.

I think a 2 or 3 year deal works for both parties
Pels get a shorter investment on a fairly big risk (big guy coming back from an achilles)
Boogie gets paid and sets himself up for another fat deal in a couple years if he comes back at full strength or close to it

We’ve found a formula that not only works, but works amazingly well. AD is a lab-created Center in today’s NBA. He’s similar to young Dwight except he’s got the perfect offensive game for a 2018 big man.
I like Boogie. I think he’s a great player and he carried us through a number of games this year. That said, I struggle to see where he fits in the current scheme, and I’d rather not see them go back to the high low stuff they had before that diminishes Jrue and Rondo.
