Barnes VorTx 5.56. Stan Chen as well although I'd if he makes ammo anymore.

I’ve been wanting to try the 70gr Barnes in my Savage bolt action because it likes heavier rounds. The gun is chambered in .223 though and I know you aren’t suppose to shoot 5.56. Is that rule mainly for ARs or should I stay clear?
