Heard this the other day and it really stuck me...
Everybody has their own stuff, but the reality is that almost no one cares. When you realize that fact and realize that the vast majority of your complaining is just you complaining to empty space, you learn a lot about what it means to be positive.
A problem is only a problem if there is no solution. Despite having lived a relatively privileged life, I've learned a lot about being positive and trying to complain less. Makes your days much better to try and not dwell on the negativity in life
